Welcome to Bulacan State University!
Bulacan State University Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovation in collaboration with BSU-Sarmiento Campus, Commission on Higher education, and IFERP will host the International Conference on Business, Education, Science, and Technology 2025 (ICBEST 2025) and Annual Gender and Development Summit on October 22-24, 2025. This conference aims to convene leading scholars, professionals, and advocates from around the globe for a dynamic exchange of knowledge and best practices. Scheduled for October 22-24, 2025-with two days onsite (22-23) in Diamond Hotel at Roxas Boulevard, Metro Manila and one day online (24) — this multidisciplinary event will provide a vital platform for discussing current developments, innovative research, and pressing issues across the fields of Business, Education, Science, Technology, and Gender and Development.
By bringing together keynote and plenary speakers, session presenters, and poster contributors, the conference will foster collaboration, inspire new ideas, and highlight the critical intersections between academic disciplines and societal advancement. The inclusion of a dedicated Gender and Development Summit underscores the commitment to inclusive, transformative dialogue, making this event a significant opportunity for professional growth, network-building, and collective action toward sustainable progress in the region and beyond.
Objectives
To provide a dynamic platform for sharing innovative research and best practices across business, education, science, technology, community extension, and gender and development.
To enhance the professional growth of participants through sessions and interactive presentations while earning Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units.
To promote inclusive and sustainable development by integrating gender perspectives and community-driven approaches within academic and professional fields.
