Dr. Sladjana Cabrilo

Dr. Sladjana Cabrilo is a Full Professor at I-Shou University, Taiwan, with visiting roles in Serbia and across Europe. With a multidisciplinary background in engineering, technology, and management, she holds advanced degrees including a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management. Dr. Cabrilo has over 20 years of academic experience, specializing in knowledge and innovation management, strategic leadership, and international business. She is widely published, recognized globally for her research on intellectual capital and sustainable development. A member of prestigious editorial boards and global networks, she continues to shape future-ready leaders and advance knowledge-based economies through her cutting-edge scholarship.

Dr. Walton Wider

Dr. Walton Wider is a Professor and Head of Programme at the Faculty of Business and Communications, INTI International University, Nilai, Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and is widely recognized for his research in human resource management, education, and psychology. With over 200 publications and more than 1,500 citations on Google Scholar, Dr. Wider has made significant contributions to the fields of artificial intelligence in human resources, the Metaverse, and positive psychology.

He is also well known for his bibliometric analyses and for delivering workshops on research methods, mental health, and educational leadership. As a mentor and academic leader, Dr. Wider actively supports doctoral students and champions innovative, data-driven approaches in higher education and organizational development.

Dr. Ir. Twin Yoshua R. Destyanto

Dr. Ir. Twin Yoshua R. Destyanto is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Industrial Engineering Bachelor Program at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, and holds an Ir. degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He also completed theological studies (D.Th. and M.Th.), reflecting a broad interdisciplinary interest. His academic and research interests center on cognitive ergonomics, a field that explores how people perceive, process, and respond to information in complex systems. He is also certified as an Associate Ergonomics Professional (BCPE) and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

In his role as a lecturer, he teaches courses such as Work Study, Ergonomics and Industrial Psychology, Facility Layout Planning, Human Resource Management, Data Mining and Business Analytics, and Digital Society. His research applies cognitive ergonomics principles to enhance usability, decision-making, and user experience in both digital and physical environments. He has published works on topics including AI interface design, burnout prevention, spiritual well-being, and system usability. Through teaching, research, and program leadership, he seeks to design systems that are not only efficient but also intuitive, safe, and supportive of human cognitive capabilities.

Dr. Mean Vandet

Dr. Mean Vandet is a highly experienced tourism and hospitality leader with over 15 years of experience in tourism, education, public sector leadership, and international cooperation. He is currently the Director of the Tourism Professional Training Department at the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia.

Dr. Vandet is recognized as an ASEAN Master Trainer and Assessor, with expertise in tourism human resource development, policy planning, and training delivery across the ASEAN region. He also works as a researcher and statistical analyst for government and academic projects 4444, and is a part-time lecturer at universities in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

He holds a PhD in International Hospitality Management from Lyceum of the Philippines University, an MBA in Business Administration from Asia Euro University, and a BA in Economics (Enterprise Management) from the Royal University of Law and Economics. He is also certified as an ASEAN Master Trainer & Assessor by STP Bali & William Angliss Institute. His skills include statistical analysis using various software (SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, SEMinR, WarpPLS, STATA, EViews, Nvivo, QDA Lite Miners), Microsoft Office, project management, and translation. He is fluent in Khmer and English, with basic French.

Dr. Laurene Chua-Garcia

Laurene Chua-Garcia, Ph.D., is a highly motivated professional with over forty years of experience in various sectors, particularly in education and industry. She is skilled in areas requiring conceptual thinking, creativity, logical analysis, and problem-solving.

Dr. Chua-Garcia serves as a Technical Committee Expert on Transnational Higher Education (TNHE) for the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). She is also the Managing Director for Strategy & Innovation at Picasso Management Group, Inc. and the Director for Human Resource/Organizational Development Integration at ODB Capital Group, Inc.

Her extensive career includes a long tenure at De La Salle University (DLSU) from 1981 to 2024, where she held various leadership roles such as Vice President for External Relations and Internationalization, Chair, Graduate Program Coordinator, and Faculty of the Department of Psychology, Director for Linkages, Director for Alumni Affairs, and Director for Placement, Apprenticeship and Cooperative Education10. She has also worked as a freelance Human Resources and Organizational Development Consultant since 1981.

Dr. Chua-Garcia holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology Major in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University, Manila12. She also completed a postgraduate course in International Human Resource Management at Exeter University, United Kingdom , and is trained in basic and advanced hypnotherapy from the Midwest Training Institute, USA. Her international activities include serving on the UMAP International Task Force on the UN SDGs and as President of UMAP’s Philippine Chapter. She has also presented at APAIE and been a speaker at Campus Live SE Asia.
