Abstract Submission Guildelines

We invite authors to submit original abstracts for presentation at the International Conference on Business, Education, Science, and Technology (ICBEST) 2025. Please carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure your submission is considered for review.

1. Eligibility

  • Abstracts must present original research, case studies, or innovative practices related to the conference themes.
  • Submissions are welcome from scholars, researchers, practitioners, and students from all disciplines relevant to Business, Education, Science, Technology, Community Empowerment, and  Gender and Development.

2. Abstract Content and Format

  • Title: Concise and descriptive.
  • Authors: List all authors with full names, affiliations, and contact emails. Indicate the presenting author.
  • Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords that best describe your research.

3. Abstract Body

  • Length: 250–400 words.
  • Structure: Include background/objective, methods, results/findings, and conclusion/implications.
  • Language: English only.
  • Avoid references, tables, figures, and acronyms.

4. Submission Process

  • Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the official conference submission form
  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF.

5. Review and Notification

  • All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process based on relevance, originality, clarity, and contribution to the field.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent via email between July  and August 2025.
  • Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for presentation, depending on the review outcome and author preference.
